2008年6月25日,国务院总理温家宝在北京主持召开国务院常务会议,审议通过部分国务院组成部门、直属机构和部委管理国家局的《主要职责、内设机构和人员编制规定》。至此,国务院本轮机构改革确定的“三定”方案开始正式出台。自本期起,我刊将陆续刊发“三定方案”确定的各机构主要职责及职责调整情况,以供相关单位参考。
On June 25, 2008, Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council presided over a standing conference of the State Council in Beijing to review and approve the “main responsibilities, internal agencies and staffing rules” of some State Council departments, agencies directly under the State Council and the ministries and commissions for the management of the State Council. At this point, the State Council reform of the current round of “three fixed” program has been officially introduced. Since the beginning of this issue, I will publish one after another the “three programs” to determine the main responsibilities and responsibilities of various agencies to adjust for the relevant units for reference.
