目的了解北京市延庆区恙虫病隐性感染现状,为制定延庆区防控措施提供科学依据。方法随机在延庆区选择2个镇开展调查。每个镇各抽取不同年龄常住人口60名开展问卷调查,2个镇共调查120名,同时采集血样本5ml,采用ELISA法进行恙虫病人群抗体检测,EpiData3.1软件建立数据库,利用Excel 2007软件和SPSS 17.0软件进行数据统计学分析。结果被调查对象恙虫病抗体阳性率为4.17%,1~9岁、60~69岁、≥70岁组阳性率分别为1.67%(2/120)、1.67%(2/120)、0.83%(1/120)。职业分布以农民、学生阳性率较高,分别为2.50%(3/120)、1.67%(2/120)。经单因素回归分析,从事农业劳作、菜市场或农贸市场、接触柴禾(砍柴、整理或烧柴禾等)、林业种植等为恙虫病感染的危险因素,应针对以上因素进行干预。结论延庆区社区居民恙虫病感染率4.17%。存在恙虫病感染危险因素,建议对高危人群开展健康教育,在从事农业劳作中要加强自身个人防护,避免恙螨叮咬。对相关危险作业场所环境及时进行清理及整治,以降低恙虫病感染的风险。
Objective To understand the current situation of recessive infection of tsutsugamushi in Yanqing District of Beijing and provide a scientific basis for the development of prevention and control measures in Yanqing District. Methods Randomly select two towns in Yanqing District to carry out the investigation. In each town, 60 residents of different ages were selected for questionnaire survey, 120 were surveyed in 2 townships and 5ml blood samples were collected. Antibody against tsutsugamushi disease was detected by ELISA. EpiData3.1 software was used to establish a database. Excel 2007 software And SPSS 17.0 software for statistical analysis of data. Results The positive rates of scrub typhus were 4.17%, 1 to 9 years old, 60 to 69 years old, and 70 years old were 1.67% (2/120), 1.67% (2/120) and 0.83% 1/120). Occupational distribution of peasants, the higher the positive rate of students, respectively 2.50% (3/120), 1.67% (2/120). According to the univariate regression analysis, the risk factors of scrub typhus infection were engaged in agricultural work, market or farmer’s market, exposure to firewood (cutting firewood, arranging or burning firewood, etc.) and should be intervened in light of the above factors. Conclusion Yanqing District community resident infection rate of tsutsugamushi 4.17%. There are risk factors for tsutsugamushi infection, it is recommended to carry out health education for high-risk groups, in the agricultural work to strengthen their own personal protection, to avoid chigger bites. Clean up and remediation of relevant dangerous workplace environment in time to reduce the risk of scrub typhus infection.
