为研究不同气象条件对高香气烤烟品种烟叶中性香气成分含量的影响,以云烟87为对照,对高香气烤烟品种豫烟11号在5个不同海拔地点的烟叶中性香气成分含量进行了比较,并分别对豫烟11号和云烟87的中性香气成分含量与气象因子进行了关联度分析。结果表明,气象条件和品种对各降解产物含量的影响各不相同,高香气品种豫烟11号的中性致香物质总量在每个地点均高于云烟87,地点间差异明显。豫烟11号具有类胡萝卜素降解物和棕色化反应产物含量较高的特点。2个品种叶绿素降解产物与气象因子的关联度相对一致,豫烟11号苯丙氨酸类降解产物含量受大田生长期的相对湿度和降雨量影响较大,类西柏烷类降解产物含量受大田生长期的日照时数和平均气温影响较大,棕色化产物含量受相对湿度和云量影响较大,类胡萝卜素类降解产物含量受大田生长期的蒸发量影响较大。高香气烤烟品种豫烟11号在选择种植区域时,应综合考虑大田生长期的相对湿度、降雨量、日照时数、蒸发量对中性致香物质含量以及烟叶品质的影响。
In order to study the effect of different meteorological conditions on the content of neutral aroma components in flue-cured tobacco leaves with high aroma, a comparison was made between the contents of neutral aroma components of flue-cured tobacco with high aroma flue-cured tobacco variety Yanyan 11 in five different altitudes using Yunyan 87 as a control , Respectively. The correlations between the content of neutral aroma components and meteorological factors of Yuyan 11 and Yunyan 87 were analyzed. The results showed that the influence of meteorological conditions and varieties on the contents of various degradation products varied. The total amount of neutral aroma compounds of Yuyan No. 11 was higher than that of Yunyan87 in every locality, and the difference was obvious. Yuyou 11 has a high content of carotenoid degradation products and browning reaction products. The correlativity between chlorophyll degradation products and meteorological factors of the two cultivars was relatively consistent. The content of phenylalanine degradation products of Yuyan 11 was greatly affected by the relative humidity and rainfall during the growing season, The sunshine hours and the average temperature in the growing season had a significant impact. The browning products were greatly affected by the relative humidity and the cloud cover. The content of the carotenoid degradation products was greatly affected by the evaporation during the growing season. High-aroma flue-cured tobacco varieties Yuyan 11 in the choice of planting areas, should take into account the growth of the field during the relative humidity, rainfall, sunshine hours, evaporation on the content of neutral aroma and tobacco quality.
