研究目的探讨脑电地形图和双相情感障碍的关系.研究背景目前对双相情感障碍脑电地形图之研究甚少,尤其是在治疗前后脑电地形图变化方面至今尚无人报道.方法对51例双相情感障碍患者在治疗前后做脑电地形图检查,并和30名健康人比较.结果进行统计学处理.结果双相情感障碍患者脑电地形图异常率为52.94%.患者α波频率降低,θ波频率增高,多见于额、颞区,且两半球对称性较差。经治疗后θ波频率趋向正常.结论脑电地形图可作为一种新的研究双相情感障碍的有效方法.
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between EEG topography and bipolar disorder.Research Background At present, there are few studies on the EEG topography of bipolar disorder, especially in the changes of EEG before and after treatment. Fifty-one patients with bipolar disorder before and after treatment were given electroencephalogram topography and compared with 30 healthy subjects.Results Statistical analysis was performed.Results The abnormal rate of EEG in patients with bipolar disorder was 52.94% Wave frequency decreased, θ wave frequency increased, more common in forehead, temporal area, and the symmetry of the two hemispheres less well. After treatment, the theta wave frequency tended to be normal.Conclusion EEG topography can be used as a new effective method to study bipolar disorder.
