四年以来,本省小学教育工作,在中央、中南及我省各级党委各级人民政府的直接领导下,由于全体教育工作人员的努力,正确地贯彻了中央教育政策方针,获得了显著的成绩。解放后,我们废除了国民党反动派封建的、买办的、法西斯主义的反动教育制度,建立了新民主主议的教育制度;取消了学校中的反动课程,代之以新民主议的教育课程。大力贯彻了回工农开门的方针,使广大劳动人民子女得到了学习的机会、使为少数人服务的旧教育,变成为广大人民服务的新教育。小学教育,在通过改革旧教育的基础上,不但恢复了国民党统治时期的最高学生数,而且有了一
