近两年来,浙江省广播电视局在创新人才培养手段和改进培训方式上开拓思路、开动脑筋、积极探索,从2004年开始,推出一年一次的全省广电系统职业联赛。2004年举办了全省广电主持人职业联赛,2005年举办了全省电视青年记者职业联赛。联赛活动的推出,在全系统掀起了岗位练兵、技术比武的热潮。联赛活动得到了广大专业技术人员的积极响应,浙江广电集团和全省市县广电台共有近2000人参加了联赛活动。联赛活动社会影响大,群众关注度高,受到省政府领导、省委宣传部领导的充分肯定和表扬,也得到了全省广电系统各级领导的重视和广大专业人员的欢迎。
