为解决半刚性基层反射裂缝这一问题,国内外开始研究沥青稳定碎石柔性基层。在半刚性基层和沥青面层之间设置一定厚度的橡胶沥青稳定碎石作为过渡层,重点研究橡胶沥青稳定碎石的抗车辙能力和疲劳性能,并与SBS改性沥青稳定碎石材料进行对比分析。结果表明:二者抗车辙能力相当,而橡胶沥青稳定碎石材料疲劳性能更优,可有效抑制和减少沥青路面反射裂缝的产生,具有良好的路用性能。
In order to solve the problem of reflective cracks in semi-rigid basement, the flexible base of asphalt stabilized macadam was studied at home and abroad. A certain thickness of bitumen asphalt stabilized gravel is set as the transition layer between the semi-rigid base and the asphalt surface layer. The rutting resistance and fatigue performance of the rubber bitumen stabilized macadam are studied emphatically, and compared with SBS modified asphalt stabilized macadam material analysis. The results show that both of them have equivalent rutting resistance, while the asphalt bitumen stabilized gravel material has better fatigue performance, which can effectively restrain and reduce the reflective cracking of asphalt pavement and has good road performance.
