合理应用抗菌药物是提高疗效、降低不良反应发生率、减少或减缓细菌耐药性发生的关键。抗菌药物临床应用是否正确、合理,基于以下两方面:①有无指征应用抗菌药物;②选用的品种及给药方案是否正确、合理。卫生部于2004年发布的《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》,强调了抗菌药物合理应用的重要性,阐述了抗菌药物治疗的基本原则[1]。
Rational use of antimicrobial agents is to improve the efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, reduce or slow the key to the occurrence of bacterial resistance. Antibiotics clinical application is correct and reasonable, based on the following two aspects: ① indications for the use of antimicrobial drugs; ② selection of species and dosing regimen is correct and reasonable. The Guiding Principles for Clinical Use of Antibacterials, released by the Ministry of Health in 2004, emphasized the importance of rational use of antimicrobial agents and elaborated the basic principles of antimicrobial treatment [1].
