姚依林同志在最近召开的全国计划会议和经济体制改革会议上的报告中指出,1989年计划的主要目标和任务是,逐步消除经济过热,确保物价上涨幅度明显低于1988年,力争农业有一个好收成。这三项主要目标和任务的确定,抓住了当前经济工作的主要矛盾,对贯彻落实治理经济环境、整顿经济秩序和全面深化改革的方针,具有十分重大的意义,必须努力实现。
Comrades Yao Yulin at the recent national plan meeting and economic system reform conference report pointed out that the major objectives and tasks of the 1989 plan are to gradually eliminate the overheating of the economy and ensure that the rate of increase in prices is obviously lower than in 1988 and that agriculture should be better harvest. The determination of these three main objectives and tasks grasps the major contradictions in the current economic work and is of great significance to implementing the guidelines of governing the economic environment, rectifying the economic order and deepening the reform in an all-round way and must be hard to come true.
