积极开展卫生干部进修教育,尽快地提高我省医药卫生队伍的文化科学技术水平,以适应“四化”建设的需要,是当务之急.根据中央和国务院《关于加强职工教育工作的决定》和赵紫阳总理“切实加强全体职工的教育,确需有一个大体的规划与打算”的指示,我们对全省县以上部份医药卫生机构作了一次调查,感到在当前开展卫生干部进修教育确实重要,十分迫切.下边就卫生干部的进修教育,提点粗浅的看法.
