目的:探讨脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)对前庭系统性眩晕的定位价值。方法:对138例临床确诊的前庭系统性眩晕患者进行了BAEP的检测。结果:138例前庭系统性眩晕患者行BAEP检查有98例异常,异常率为71%,其中内耳型13/98例(13%),表现为Ⅰ、Ⅱ波各项指标的改变;脑干型48/98例(49%),表现为Ⅰ、Ⅱ波正常,Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ波各项指标存在异常;混合型37/98例(38%),各波指标均出现改变。结论:BAEP有助于鉴别前庭周围性眩晕与前庭中枢性眩晕,在前庭系统性眩晕的临床诊断中有定位价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) in the location of vestibular system vertigo. Methods: BAEP was detected in 138 cases of clinically diagnosed vestibular system vertigo. Results: There were 98 cases of abnormal BAEP in 138 cases of vestibular system vertigo. The abnormal rate was 71%, including 13/98 cases (13%) of inner ear, showing the changes of various indexes of Ⅰ and Ⅱ wave. There were 48/98 cases (49%) with normal I and II waves and abnormalities of III, IV and V waves. Mixed type 37/98 cases (38%) showed changes in each wave index. Conclusion: BAEP can help distinguish peripheral vertigo from vestibular central vertigo and has clinical value in the diagnosis of vestibular system vertigo.
