在全业务发展的关键时期,明确各项业务量收目标后,如何开展可操作、可执行并且有效益的营销活动?如何让员工快乐地、有激情地在公平竞争的氛围中发展各项业务?这些问题一直在中国电信江西公司九江分公司(简称九江分公司)张建军总经理脑海中萦回。中央电视台的娱乐节目《非常6+1》,启发了张建军的一个创新设想:在全市电信开展“非常6+1”全业务营销竞赛活动。该活动的核心是将各项产品、套餐转换成直观、可比较、可计算的积分;在活动的组织形式上进行创新,成功实现市、县、乡三级联动,全面启动各团队营销组织内部竞赛活动;公司上下形成“时不我待不甘当蜗牛,你追我赶奋勇争先锋”的良好竞赛氛围。
In the critical period of full-service development, after defining the targets for various business volumes, how to carry out operational activities that are feasible, implementable and effective? How to make employees develop business in a fair and competitive atmosphere happily and passionately? These problems have been lingering in the minds of General Manager Zhang Jianjun of China Telecom Jiangxi Corporation Jiujiang Branch (referred to as Jiujiang Branch). CCTV’s entertainment program “Very 6 + 1” inspired Zhang Jianjun’s innovative idea: Carrying out “6 + 1” full-service marketing competition in the city’s telecommunications. The core of the activity is to convert various products and packages into intuitive, comparable and computable points. Innovation is organized in the organizational forms of activities, and the linkage of city, county and township is successfully implemented. Competition; the company formed a “up and down when not waiting to be unwilling to snail, chasing you to catch up with courage and vanguard,” a good atmosphere in the competition.
