研制了一种铸铁和镀锌加工件通用的微乳型防锈清洗剂 ,它由表面活性剂、辅助表面活性剂、防锈剂、矿物油、辅助添加剂和水等组成 ,使用中成功实现了铸铁和镀锌件两种工件清洗和防锈工序的合并。该清洗剂完全能满足工件的防锈和清洗性能要求。
Developed a common micro-emulsion rust-proof cleaning agent for cast iron and galvanized parts, which is composed of surfactant, co-surfactant, rust inhibitor, mineral oil, auxiliary additives and water. Cast iron and galvanized pieces of two parts cleaning and rust-proof process of the merger. The cleaning agent can fully meet the rust and cleaning performance requirements of the workpiece.
