泄放是为防止设备内部因爆炸而发生破坏所广泛采用的方法,其设计关键是合理、有效设计泄放面积。气体爆炸泄放计算存在多种不同的计算方法,各种方法的适用范围及计算精度均有较大差别。用0 524m3的球形容器对液化气烷 空气进行爆炸泄放实验研究,将实验结果与各种计算结果进行了定量比较。
Leakage is a widely used method to prevent equipment damage due to explosion. The key of design is to design reasonable and effective discharge area. There are many different calculation methods for gas explosion discharge calculation, and the scope of application and calculation precision of each method are quite different. Experiments were carried out to study the detonation of liquefied gas with 0 524m3 spherical container. The experimental results and various calculation results were compared quantitatively.
