总结12例以癫痫样发作为首发症状的功能性胰岛素瘤患者的护理.加强血糖监测和预见性护理,预防反复低血糖反应的发生;癫痫样发作时,保证患者安全和长程视频脑电图监测质量,并根据患者血糖水平,及时补充含糖液体.本组患者顺利完成长程视频脑电监测,1周内均转外科接受手术治疗.
