为履行我国加入WTO的承诺,提高我国外贸政策的透明度,国家经贸委在媒体上公布了《化肥进口关税配额管理办法》草案,公开征求社会各界意见,以修改和完善这一管理办法。
In order to fulfill its promise of China’s accession to the WTO and improve the transparency of China’s foreign trade policy, SETC released the draft Administrative Measures on Import Tariffs of Chemical Fertilizers in the media and solicited public opinions from all walks of life for amendment and improvement of this management measure.
