三友的30年是团结的30年,是拼搏的30年,是务实的30年,是创新的30年。30年来,三友人在党的改革开放的富民政策下,由小作坊起家,走上集团化发展之路,创造了辉煌的业绩。然而,成绩只能代表过去,在中国加入WTO,经济全球化的新形势下,前有标兵,后有追兵,要增强时代紧迫感、发扬“爱企业,爱事业,爱人才,爱产品,爱品牌”的“五爱”精神,齐心协力战“十五”,推动三友二次腾飞。特拟就三友三字经,以此启迪人生。
