临安县档案館建館五年来,先后接收了党、政、群、企、事业一百二十五个全宗一万六千余卷档案;各种資料七千余冊。对于接收进館的档案資料都作了系統的整理、排列,編制了参考工具,积极地开展了利用工作。在做好档案館內部經常性工作的同时,加强了文书档案业务的指导,并且配合有关部門編修了“昌化县志”、“临安解放十年”、“人民革命斗爭史”等。
Lin’an County Archives Museum built five years ago, has received the party, government, group, enterprise, career one hundred and twenty-five Fonds more than 16,000 volumes of files; all kinds of information more than 7,000 volumes. To receive the archives into the museum have been systematically organized, arranged, the preparation of reference tools, and actively carry out the use of work. While doing a good job of regular work within the archives, the department also strengthened the guidance of file archives operations and coordinated with relevant departments to compile such books as Changhua County Records, Ten Years of Lin’an Liberation, and History of the People’s Revolutionary Fight.
