目的 :探讨脑血管病相关的白质疏松改变与血清及脑脊液中髓鞘碱性蛋白 (MBP)、抗髓鞘碱性蛋白抗体(MBPAb)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)含量的关系。方法 :利用酶联免疫方法 (EIA)测定所有研究对象的脑脊液和血清MBP、MBPAb、NSE的含量。结果 :白质疏松组MBP含量在脑脊液和血清中均较对照组增高(P <0 .0 1) ;MBPAb及NSE在三组间均无显著性差异 ;MBP、MBPAb、NSE在脑脊液和血清中的测定值有良好相关性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :白质疏松者脑脊液及血清中MBP含量增高 ,提示白质疏松者存在髓鞘脱失 ,可用MBP作为其标志物 ;脑脊液和血清中MBP的值有良好相关性 ,可考虑以血清MBP含量测定取代脑脊液MBP测定为衡量指标。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between the changes of cerebrovascular diseases and the levels of MBP, MBPAb and NSE in serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Methods: The contents of MBP, MBPAb and NSE in cerebrospinal fluid and serum of all subjects were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (EIA). Results: The levels of MBP in both groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). The levels of MBPb and NSE were not significantly different between the three groups. MBP, MBPAb and NSE in cerebrospinal fluid and serum The measured values have a good correlation (P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: Elevated levels of MBP in cerebrospinal fluid and serum of white matter-loose subjects suggest that there is demyelination of white matter-loose persons and that MBP can be used as a marker. The value of MBP in cerebrospinal fluid and serum has a good correlation, and serum MBP level can be considered as a substitute CSF MBP measurement as a measure.
