本文测定了45例男性PU活动期及洛赛克(Losec)治疗后患者血清T、E2、LH及PRL的水平。结果表明:1、PU活动期患者血清T、E2及LH均明显降低,与对照组及Losec治疗后各组相比较差异显著;2、治疗后各组间(不同剂量相同时间及相同剂量不同时间)的血清性激素水平无显著性差异;3、治疗前后PRL各组间相比较无显著差异。作者认为血清T、E2及LH的水平,在服用Losec后较治疗前显著升高并非Losec药物作用所引起,而是PU活动期存在垂体—性腺轴功能的保护性抑制作用,经Losec治疗后随着溃疡愈合而恢复正常。
In this paper, we measured the levels of serum T, E2, LH and PRL in 45 male patients with PU and Losec treatment.
