本文测定了45例男性PU活动期及洛赛克（Losec）治疗后患者血清T、E2、LH及PRL的水平。结果表明：1、PU活动期患者血清T、E2及LH均明显降低，与对照组及Losec治疗后各组相比较差异显著；2、治疗后各组间（不同剂量相同时间及相同剂量不同时间）的血清性激素水平无显著性差异；3、治疗前后PRL各组间相比较无显著差异。作者认为血清T、E2及LH的水平，在服用Losec后较治疗前显著升高并非Losec药物作用所引起，而是PU活动期存在垂体—性腺轴功能的保护性抑制作用，经Losec治疗后随着溃疡愈合而恢复正常。
