通过电磁感应法制备了FeCoNiCrCu体积凝固态多主元合金,运用定向凝固技术制备出了FeCoNiCrCu合金定向凝固态组织,利用动电位极化法测试了体积凝固态合金和定向凝固态合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的电化学腐蚀性能,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜对合金的显微组织和腐蚀形貌进行了分析。结果表明,合金定向凝固后,晶粒数量大大减少,腐蚀速率变小,耐腐蚀性能优于体积凝固组织。
The FeCoNiCrCu bulk solidification multi-principal alloy was prepared by electromagnetic induction method. The directional solidification structure of FeCoNiCrCu alloy was prepared by directional solidification technique. The volumetric solidification state and directional solidification alloy were tested in 3.5% NaCl Solution of the electrochemical corrosion resistance, the use of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy of the alloy microstructure and corrosion morphology were analyzed. The results show that after the directional solidification of the alloy, the number of grains is greatly reduced, the corrosion rate is smaller and the corrosion resistance is better than that of volumetric solidification.
