采用透射电镜、X-射线衍射等技术研究了Ni含量对0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb不锈钢中逆转变奥氏体的影响。结果表明,随着Ni含量的提高,时效过程中发生逆转变奥氏体的温度降低,且在相同的时效温度下得到的逆转变奥氏体含量增多。在淬火缓冷的情况下,随Ni含量的降低,时效后钢中的残余奥氏体含量增加。
The effects of Ni content on the retrograde austenite in 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb stainless steel were investigated by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that with the increase of Ni content, the temperature of retrograded austenite decreases during the aging process, and the content of retrograded austenite increases at the same aging temperature. In the case of slow quenching, with the decrease of Ni content, the retained austenite content in aged steel increases.
