水热法在制备含氧化合物细粉方面具有许多优点.水热反应不需要很高的温度,这不仅降低了能耗,而且使所得产物反应活性得到提高;由于反应是在较高压力和温度下进行的,所以反应速度较快,且可得到高纯、单相产物.近年来,水热法在含氧化合物粉体的制备方面得到了广泛的研究和应用,但有关水热条件下所制得的粉体的结晶学特性的报道不多,而这方面的研究对认识水热条件下粉体的形成机理及选择适宜工艺路线都是十分重要的.本文报道了水热条件下BaTiO_3晶粒在晶相和晶胞参数方面的一些变化规律.
