目的了解2003-2008年禹州市高中入校新生及高考考生活动性肺结核病的流行状况和变化趋势,以便采取相应的预防和控制措施。方法对2003-2008年高中新生及参加高考的学生体检过程中发现的活动性肺结核病例进行流行病学描述性分析。结果2003-2008年禹州市共胸透高中学生75 428人,确定活动性肺结核病491例,其中痰涂片阳性129例,年平均患病率650.95/10万,一年级患病率为365.67/10万,三年级患病率为840.21/10万。结论禹州市高中学生活动性肺结核患病状况呈逐年增加趋势,应把高中学生列为结核病防治的重点对象之一。
Objective To understand the prevalence and trend of active pulmonary tuberculosis among freshmen and their college entrance exams admitted to Yuzhou City from 2003 to 2008 in order to take appropriate preventive and control measures. Methods The epidemiological descriptive analysis of active pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) cases found in physical examination of freshmen from 2003 to 2008 and students participating in college entrance examination was conducted. Results From 2003 to 2008, a total of 75 428 high school students in Yizhou city were confirmed. 491 cases of active pulmonary tuberculosis were confirmed, of which 129 were positive sputum smear. The average annual prevalence rate was 650.95 / 100,000. The first grade prevalence rate was 365.67 / 100,000, third grade prevalence was 840.21 / 100,000. Conclusion The prevalence of active tuberculosis among high school students in Yuzhou shows a trend of increasing year by year. High school students should be listed as one of the key targets of tuberculosis prevention and control.
