利用高均匀性KrF准分子激光实验研究了3种结构靶对激光驱动飞片性能(飞片完整性、平面性、驱动效率)的影响。3种靶分别为带约束层(石英)铝膜靶、电子束物理气相沉积的带薄烧蚀层(开普敦薄膜)铝膜靶、带薄烧蚀层轧制铝膜靶。研究表明,激光驱动带约束层靶产生的飞片性能最佳,完整飞片能持续40 ns以上且具有很好的平面性、激光驱动效率最高,5 J激光能量即可将5μm铝飞片发射至7.5 km/s,飞片速度
The effects of three kinds of structural targets on the performance of laser driven flyer (flyer integrity, planarity, driving efficiency) were studied by KrF excimer laser with high uniformity.
