在外语教学中,培养学生对生词的猜测能力是扩大词汇量的一种十分有效的方法:利用上下文进行推理;利用词的结构进行推测;一词多义的推测;同义词反义词的推测。
In foreign language teaching, cultivating students’ ability to guess new words is a very effective way to expand vocabulary: using context to infer reasoning; using word structure to make speculation; predicting polysemy; and speculating on antonyms of synonyms.
