毕节试验区成立以来,取得了巨大的成就,但横向相比,落后全国水平。省第十一次代表大会报告提出要构筑精神高地,冲出经济洼地,才能与全国同步建成小康社会。本文着重分析了试验区精神高地的内涵、本质、核心、精髓与目标,把其作为试验区后发赶超的内在动力,推动试验区实现跨越发展,到2020年与全国全省同步建成小康社会。
Since the founding of Bijie Experimental Zone, great achievements have been made, but compared with the horizontal direction, it lagged behind the national standard. The report of the eleventh congress of the province put forward that it is necessary to construct a spiritual high ground and break out of economic depression so that a well-off society can be built simultaneously with the whole country. This paper focuses on analyzing the connotation, essence, core, essence and goal of the spiritual highland in the experimental area as the internal driving force behind the catch-up and development of the experimental area and promotes the leapfrog development of the experimental area.
