香菇是一种珍贵的食用菌,自从采用木屑栽培方法以来,不仅产量提高、生长周期缩短,而且摆脱了段木栽培的局限性。但是由于采用木屑栽培需耗用一定数量的麦麸或米糠,因而在目前畜牧业生产日益发展的情况下,其短缺现象较为突出。为了缓和这个矛盾,我们采用当地量多、价廉的工业下脚料——废蚕砂代替麦麸进行香菇的栽培试验,其目的主要在于探讨废蚕砂代麦麸栽香菇的可行性及其合适用量。材料和方法供试菌种为香菇常规栽培品种7402。供试废蚕砂为杭州叶绿素厂提取叶绿素
