随着现代计算机技术的飞速发展和广泛应用,使得过去用纸墨照像等形成和传递的文件以及图书、图纸图像、文献资料、商业信息等都可以用电子计算机来完成,由此而产生了电子公文、电子图书、电子图形、图像、电子文献资料等电子文件。其中具有保存价值的电子文件经收集整理归档后即形成电子档案。这种不同于传统纸质的档案,因其自身的个性特点,在司法过程中发挥了越来越大的作用,本文就其法律效力提出几点看法。
With the rapid development and widespread application of modern computer technology, the past documents, such as paper, ink and photographic images, as well as books, drawings, documents, business information and the like can be completed by using an electronic computer. This kind of file which is different from the traditional paper has played an increasingly important role in the judicial process because of its own personality characteristics. This article gives some opinions on its legal validity.
