液压凿岩机的性能好坏与冲击机构工作参数的合理选择关系很大,如何确定冲击机构的合理工作参数是人们一直探求的一个重要问题。苏联学者曾从最佳控制角度提出冲击机构的最佳设计,我院李大诒教授从蓄能器容积变化最小观点提出冲击机构最佳设计。这些工作都是很有意义的,对液压凿岩机设计工作有着指导意义。但设计工作的任务是在给定的性能参数下,确定合理结构参数,以求达到耗油量小、效率高的目的。而如何建立以效率为评价参数的目标函数,是需要人们进一步探讨的问题。本文为简便起见利用冲击机构的等加速无阻力模型,对冲击机构工作参数进行无量纲分析,以找出各参数间的关系和趋势,以便于指导液压凿岩机设计,同时为建立以效率为目标函数的优化设计做些探索工作。
The performance of the hydraulic rock drill has a great relationship with the reasonable choice of the working parameters of the impact mechanism. How to determine the reasonable working parameters of the impact mechanism is an important issue that people always seek. Soviet scholars have put forward the best design of the impact mechanism from the perspective of optimal control. Professor Li Dazhen from our institute proposed the best design of impact mechanism from the perspective of the smallest change of accumulator volume. All these work are very meaningful and have guiding significance to the design of hydraulic rock drill. However, the task of design work is to determine the reasonable structural parameters under the given performance parameters in order to achieve the purpose of small fuel consumption and high efficiency. How to establish the objective function of efficiency as the evaluation parameter is a problem that needs further exploration. In this paper, for the sake of convenience, this paper uses the equal acceleration and no-resistance model of impact mechanism to carry out dimensionless analysis on the working parameters of impact mechanism to find out the relationship and trend of each parameter in order to guide the design of hydraulic rock drill. At the same time, Optimization design to do some exploration work.
