目的探讨广州地区2型糖尿病人群与健康人群脂联素+45(SNP+45)位点不同基因型间TC、apoA1、apoB、RETN、APN、TG和Lp(a)水平变化及意义。方法采用病例-对照研究模式,分别测定广州地区已知脂联素+45(SNP+45)位点基因型的2型糖尿病人群和健康人群的TC、apoA1、apoB、RETN、APN、TG和Lp(a),并进行统计分析。结果 2型糖尿病人群和健康人群SNP+45位点的TT基因型组与相应的GG+TG基因型组之间的TC、apoA1、apoB、RETN、APN、TG和Lp(a)比较异均无统计学意义。2型糖尿病人群SNP+45位点TT基因型组与健康人群SNP+45位点TT基因型组之间的apoB、RETN、TG差异有统计学意义。2型糖尿病人群SNP+45位点GG+TG基因型组与健康人群SNP+45位点GG+TG基因型组之间的TC、apoB、RETN、TG和Lp(a)有统计学意义上的差异。结论 2型糖尿病人群脂联素SNP+45位点各基因型组的apoB、RETN、TG明显高于健康人群,显示脂联素SNP+45基因型与2型糖尿病有关。
Objective To investigate the changes and significance of TC, apoA1, apoB, RETN, APN, TG and Lp (a) in different genotypes of adiponectin +45 (SNP + 45) locus in type 2 diabetes mellitus and healthy people in Guangzhou area. Methods A case-control study was conducted to determine the levels of TC, apoA1, apoB, RETN, APN, TG and Lp in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and healthy people with known adiponectin +45 (SNP + 45) (a), and carry out statistical analysis. Results There was no significant difference in TC, apoA1, apoB, RETN, APN, TG and Lp (a) between TT genotype group and SNP + 45 genotype group and corresponding GG + TG genotype group in type 2 diabetes mellitus and healthy people Statistical significance. There were significant differences in apoB, RETN and TG between SNP + 45 locus TT genotype group and SNP + 45 locus TT genotype group in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. TC, apoB, RETN, TG and Lp (a) between SNP + 45 locus GG + TG genotype group and SNP + 45 locus GG + TG genotype group in type 2 diabetes mellitus group were statistically significant difference. Conclusion The apoB, RETN and TG of adiponectin SNP + 45 genotype in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients are significantly higher than those in healthy people, indicating that adiponectin SNP + 45 genotype is associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
