对中小型四辊带钢冷轧机轧制时发生振动及各种工艺因素对振动的影响进行了研究。实验表明,在速度不高的中小型带钢冷轧机上发生的振动主要形式为自激扭振。在摩擦系数—速度曲线上的下降陡段区域内更容易发生振动。此外,轧机有可能出现短期的单辊传动状态而促进振动发生。在实验基础上,我们进行了理论分析,导出了自激扭振的临界条件,并提出了消除振动的若干措施。
The impact of vibration and various process factors on the vibration of the rolling mill for small and medium-size four-roll strip cold rolling mills was studied. Experiments show that the main form of vibration occurs on the small and medium strip cold rolling mill with low speed is self-excited torsional vibration. Vibration is more likely to occur in areas of steep descent on the friction coefficient-velocity curve. In addition, rolling mill may have a short-term single-roll transmission to promote vibration. Based on the experiment, we carry out the theoretical analysis, derive the critical condition of self-excited torsional vibration, and put forward some measures to eliminate the vibration.
