学生的身体素质、接受能力、体育技能差异较大,假如习惯性地运用传统的组织方法进行教学,很难解决学生“吃不饱”和“吃不了”这个矛盾。为此,我进行了几种尝试性课堂教学改革探讨,认为采取分层次教学能取得突破性进展。一、各层次教学目标的确定教学目标的制定分总体目标、阶段目标和课次目标。对不同层次学生提出不同的教学目标,目标的确定要符合学生的实际,根据体育教材的特点,应采取定量和定性指标相结合,力争使每个学生的目标经过努力都能达到。实践证明,阶段目标的确定,在教材的达成度上,第一层次为
