1988年《水法》的颁布实施,对加强我县水政建设、发展经济、防洪保安起到了积极的作用,收到了良好效果。六年来,全县水利设施完好率明显提高,防洪抗灾能力得到加强,水利综合效益得到了发挥。1991年特大洪涝灾害和1992年的特大旱灾,水利设施发挥了巨大威力,农业大灾之年获丰收,经济快速发展,人民生活水平日益提高。
The promulgation and implementation of the “Water Law” in 1988 has played a positive role in strengthening the construction of the county’s water administration, economic development, and flood control security, and has received good results. In the past six years, the county’s water conservancy facilities have been significantly improved, flood prevention and disaster resilience have been strengthened, and the comprehensive benefits of water conservancy have been brought into play. In 1991, a flood disaster and a major drought in 1992, water conservancy facilities have exerted tremendous power. The harvest of agricultural disasters has achieved a bumper harvest, rapid economic development, and rising living standards of the people.
