近年来,远红外技术在国内外各行业已被广泛应用,效果显著。远红外线具有直线辐射、反射和穿透性能;水和烟叶在吸收远红外射线时有共同的吸收高峰阶段;鲜烟叶含有大量水分,烟叶烘烤过程中排放大量水蒸汽,利用水分子作载体传递辐射能、对流能使上层烟叶也均匀辐照远红外射线,可以达到理想效果。据此,我们提出了烤房应用远红外涂料烘烤烟叶的试验,在所内小烤房涂抹远红外涂料探讨试验的基础上,又在龙岩市大池乡雅金村作进一步验证探讨。
