国有企业是推进我国社会主义市场经济建设的重要主体之一。国有企业的发展、改革与稳定,都会对国家的富强、人民生活水平的提高与社会的和谐稳定产生一定影响。在新时期,面对新形势,必须要坚持和改善党对国企的领导,要积极的发挥党的政治核心作用,从而提高国企竞争力。因此,积极探索将国有企业党的思想、政治和组织优势转化为竞争优势这一课题
State-owned enterprises are one of the major players in promoting China’s socialist market economy. The development, reform and stability of state-owned enterprises all have an impact on the prosperity of the country, improvement of people’s living standards and social harmony and stability. In the new era, in the face of the new situation, we must uphold and improve the party’s leadership over state-owned enterprises, actively give play to the party’s core role in politics, and enhance the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises. Therefore, we should actively explore the issue of transforming the ideological, political and organizational advantages of the SOE into a competitive advantage
