目的:探索开窍药冰片单用及合用西药地西泮后对大鼠脑纹状体区兴奋性及抑制性神经递质含量的影响,以期从神经药理学角度探讨冰片对中枢神经系统的作用,观察冰片是否可以协助西药入脑,增加其疗效。方法:利用脑微透析技术采集给药后不同时间段大鼠脑纹状体区的脑脊液样品,运用邻苯二甲醛柱前衍生反相高效液相色谱法,磷酸盐梯度洗脱结合荧光检测器检测样品中兴奋性神经递质天门冬氨酸(Asp)、谷氨酸(Glu)及抑制性神经递质甘氨酸(Gly)、γ-氨基丁酸(GA-BA)的含量,并进行统计分析。结果:与单用地西泮组相比,合用冰片后大鼠脑纹状体区兴奋性神经递质Asp及Glu含量变化不明显,抑制性神经递质Gly及GABA明显升高。结论:冰片对地西泮透过血脑屏障有一定的促进作用。

RESULTS: Compared with the diazepam alone group, the levels of Asp and Glu in the excitatory neurotransmitters in the brain striatum were not significantly changed and the inhibitory neurotransmitters Gly and GABA were significantly increased. CONCLUSION: Borneol can promote the penetration of diazepam through the blood-brain barrier.
