继7月11日至12日上海市教委组织的千名校长“依法办学、以德立校”专题培训后,上海市各区县教育局也纷纷以此为契机,利用暑假展开全区(县)中小学校长培训活动。加强依法办学、以德立校,对贯彻落实以德育为核心、创新精神和实践能力为重点的素质教育,对大面积提高教学质量,对规范办学行为、优化教学资源、提高师资质量具有十分重要的作用:对营造良好的教育环境,确保教育经费的不断增长提供了有利的条件。
