脑卒中后抑郁症(post stroke depression,PSD)是脑血管病最常伴发的精神障碍之一,其发病率占脑血管病的20%~79%。PSD直接导致脑血管意外患者预后社会功能进一步下降,是康复期治疗的一大障碍。本院2004年6月至2008年9月采用中西医结合方法治疗PSD42例,疗效满意,总结报告如下。1
Post stroke depression (PSD) is one of the most common mental disorders associated with cerebrovascular disease, accounting for 20% -79% of the patients with cerebrovascular disease. PSD directly lead to further decline in the social function of patients with cerebrovascular accident prognosis, is a major obstacle to the treatment of convalescence. Our hospital from June 2004 to September 2008 using integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment of PSD42 cases, satisfactory results, the summary report is as follows. 1
