提出基于双谱分析的机械故障诊断方法。分析双谱的性质和物理意义 ,探讨双谱抑制噪声和提取故障信息的能力。利用双谱分析 2种典型的机械故障 ,结果显示 ,双谱分析与传统的基于 FFT的频谱分析方法相比 ,能更加有效地提取故障征兆。
A mechanical fault diagnosis method based on bispectrum analysis is proposed. Analyze the properties and physical meaning of bispectrum and explore the ability of bispectrum to suppress noise and extract fault information. Using bispectrum to analyze two typical mechanical faults, the results show that bispectral analysis can extract fault symptom more effectively than traditional FFT-based spectral analysis.
