作者对耳源性血栓性静脉炎(20例)和脓毒症(65例)的临床症状进行了观察。其中80例发生于慢性化脓性上鼓室及中鼓室炎,5例发生于急性化脓性中耳炎。作者按耳源性血栓性静脉炎的一般临床症状将其分为无热和症状明显两型。前者有7例,体温正常和低热,症状与慢性化脓性中耳炎相似,术前不易诊断。第二型有20例,13例体温高达38～40℃,有反复寒战史;就诊时病情严重,表现
The authors observed the clinical symptoms of otogenic thrombophlebitis (20 cases) and sepsis (65 cases). 80 of them occurred in chronic suppurative upper and middle tympanitis, and 5 occurred in acute suppurative otitis media.
