在华北石油局咸阳社区,一提起李西平,社区的老人没有不知道的:“西平啊,热心着呢!”“‘李大拿’呀,你只要找到他,什么事都不用操心了!”。李西平,54岁,个子不高,嗓门却很大,用他的话说,那是因为离退休职工耳朵背,跟他们说话喊出来的。作为华北石油局三普石油工程公司离退管理科科长,李西平把离退休同志的事当成自己的事做,他不图名利,一心一意为老同志服务,得到了离退休职工的认可,多次被评为华北石油局“先进工作者”。
