含铜的宫内节育器(IUD)释放铜离子(Cu(?))引起子宫内膜形态和功能改变,因而可以有避孕的效应。体外的试验证明Cu(?)影响子宫和输卵管平滑肌的运动。然而在体内Cu(?)是否影响子宫肌肉的活动尚未见研究。作者用CuCl_2溶液处理25只非妊娠兔子宫和6名非妊娠妇女子宫,然后记录子宫肌肉的活动变化。实验结果表明用3μMCuCl_2溶液体外浸泡10只非妊娠兔子宫,子宫肌肉收缩的振幅和频率明显增加。随着CuCl_2浓度的增高(30μM或更高),子宫肌肉收缩呈剂量依赖性增强,出现持续性收缩。而用氯化钠溶液处理则无上述影响。5只非妊娠兔
