双胎妊娠并发症较高,常见的并发症有晚期妊娠中毒症、产后出血、早产等。而早产是围产期新生儿死亡的主要原因,尤其是2,000克以下之早产儿死亡率明显增高。本文仅就我院1960～1967,1973～1977年13年中双胎妊娠及其围产儿资料作回顾性分析,为进一步减少双胎妊娠早产,降低围产期新生儿死亡率提供参考。资料和方法一、发生率 13年中我院共收治178例多胎妊娠,除1例为3胎妊娠外,余177例为双胎妊娠,同期我院妊娠总数为16,174
Twin pregnancy complications are higher, the common complications of late pregnancy poisoning, postpartum hemorrhage, premature birth and so on. Premature birth is the leading cause of perinatal neonatal death, especially in preterm infants up to 2,000 grams. This article retrospectively analyzes the data of twin pregnancy and its perinatal in our hospital from 1960 to 1967 and from 13 years to 1973 to 1977, which will provide reference for further reducing the premature birth in twin pregnancy and reducing the neonatal mortality rate in perinatal period.
