进入新时期以来,随着我国市场经济体制改革不断深入,企业所面临的市场竞争压力也因此而日益增大,如何在这样的形势下推动企业实现良好的生存与发展成为摆在成为众多行业面前的首要难题。而在众多方法之中,企业人力资源绩效管理体系以其在充分激发出企业员工工作的积极性、主动性以及创造性前提下对企业生存与发展起着巨大的推动作用。文章结合多年的企业人力资源管理工作实践,首先对企业人力资源绩效管理体系及其重要作用进行概述,随后在此基础上提出了关于该体系构建的看法,以供广大同行参考。

Based on many years’ human resources management practice, the article first gives an overview of the human resources performance management system and its important role. Then on this basis, it puts forward some opinions on the construction of this system for the reference of the general public.
