我毕业于浙江大学,1982年6月被任命为丽水化工厂厂长兼党支部副书记。两年多来我的体会是:只有重视企业经营决策,大胆启用能人,走改革创新之路,才能使企业尽快腾飞! 一、重视经营决策我厂地处山区,经济和技术信息闭塞。为了对企业重大问题作出正确决策,我每年带头到全国有关省市搞调查研究二至三次,调查前拟有调查科目,调查后有调查分析,然后采取对策、付诸实施。通过调查研究,对企业重大问题决策时便得心应手了。两年多来,对企业主要作了三项重大决策:
