企业工会作为党领导下的工人阶级群众组织,在企业的发展进程中起到了举足轻重的作用,其运行好坏直接影响着企业的效益和企业内部员工的生存发展。结合五四一电厂工会的实际运作情况,通过对企业工会在围绕党的群众路线方面组织的教育实践活动的介绍、分析,提出了当前企业工会发展的利弊优缺、工会建设的可行举措、企业文化的弘扬以及职工激励机制的建立等方面的问题,从而在一定程度上增强企业自身的向心力与行业实力。
As a working-class mass organization under the leadership of the Party, the trade unions of enterprises play a decisive role in the development of the enterprises. Their performance will directly affect the efficiency of the enterprises and the survival and development of the employees in the enterprises. Combined with the actual operation of 544 power plant unions, by introducing and analyzing the education practice organized by the trade unions around the mass line of the party, this paper put forward the pros and cons of the development of the current trade unions and the feasible measures for the construction of trade unions. Cultural promotion and staff incentives to establish such aspects, so as to a certain extent, enhance their own centripetal force and industry strength.
