2014年3月21日,卡特彼勒(青州)有限公司(原山东山工机械有限公司)更名暨成立仪式隆重举行,卡特彼勒集团总裁芮德华、全球副总裁Karl Weiss、全球副总裁兼卡特彼勒中国投资有限公司董事长陈其华、卡特彼勒(青州)有限公司董事长兼总经理杨锞宝,以及青州市地方政府领导莅临现场。活动当日,卡特彼勒(青州)有限公司还推出了Cat(卡特)950GC型轮式装载机,并宣布一家专门生产山工机械品牌(SEM)的履带式推土机工厂已正式开业投产。
March 21, 2014, Caterpillar (Qingzhou) Co., Ltd. (former Shandong Shaogong Machinery Co., Ltd.) renamed and the ceremony was held. Caterpillar Group President Rui Dehua, vice president of global Karl Weiss, vice president of global and Caterpillar Chen Qihua, chairman of Le China Investment Co., Ltd., Yang Yubao, chairman and general manager of Caterpillar (Qingzhou) Co., Ltd., and leaders of local governments in Qingzhou came to the site. On the day of the event, Caterpillar also introduced the Cat 950GC wheel loader and announced the official opening of a track-type bulldozer factory that specializes in manufacturing SEMs.
