企业思想政治工作是一项长期的政治工作,不可忽视,也不可以放松。尤其在新时期,随着企业竞争力的不断加剧,创新已经成为促使企业披荆斩棘的新方式。本文笔者结合企业思想工作实践来对创新问题进行探讨。
Ideological and political work in enterprises is a long-term political work that can not be ignored or relaxed. Especially in the new era, with the continuous enhancement of the competitiveness of enterprises, innovation has become a new way to promote enterprises through the brink. The author of this article combines the ideological work practice to explore innovative issues.
