人们向往永恒,但他们真正留恋的是短暂。正像人们希望长寿,却不喜欢老迈,真正最留恋的还是急促的青春年华一样。永叵是相对干短暂而言的。相对于短暂的,还有“长期”、“漫长”等概念。宇宙的黑暗是漫长的、永恒的,流星的闪耀是短暂的、瞬间的。人生是漫长的,青春是短暂的。机构、权位的存在是长期的,具体人的占据是短暂的。物质是永恒的,生命体作为物质的一种特殊组合形式是短暂的。生物的死亡,不过是回归到它的永恒形态。人们觉得光阴不再,时间在飞快地流逝,实际上,时间是永恒的,流逝的只是他们自己的生命。短暂是永恒的一部分。但短暂是多姿多彩的、绚烂的,而永恒是灰
People long for eternity, but what they really nostalgia is short. Just like people want longevity, but do not like the old age, the real nostalgia is the same as the rapid youth.
